Read moreI sometimes tell people that cycling LEJOG is a wonderful experience that everyone should have a go at. It doesn’t matter how you do it, supported or alone, in a week, a month or a year: it is a terrific way to see Great Britain. However, I must come clean; I found it an emotional roller-coaster, but I do think I’ve become stronger for doing it.
