As part of the local mission in Upper Weardale, I created a series of events called, “Oh God, it’s the Vicar”. We advertised it in local community cafes, in the local newspaper, on notice boards, facebook local groups, and word of mouth. I ran the first one in Cowshill at the Village Hall.
No one came.
